Great spot close to everything, with a hot tub and outdoor areas

The best thing about this place is the oasis that it offers -- outdoor space, hot tub, easy parking. Very well kept and clean. Easy to get to the beach and to activities/food. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr gepflegt und in bestem Zustand. Gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn es nicht so weit von zu Hause entfernt wäre, würden wir noch oft wiederkommen! Danke für alles an Nicolas!

Central and Secluded

My family rented three of the four units on-site for the weekend. Each was immaculately clean and exactly as advertised. The shared courtyard area is beautiful. Once you walk through the gate, you really feel like you are in a completely private place despite being in the middle of the city. Having our family all in one location made it easy to have meals together and spend the evenings catching up. We found a beach umbrella and a few chairs in our closet, which we made full use of on our trip. The covered parking was a huge plus too, especially in July. I would absolutely stay here again.

A very nice home close to the beach

Very clean nice accommodations with lovely outdoor space. Very convenient to Hollywood beach, and central to highway to go just about anywhere. Hosts were so communicative and thoughtful. I will stay here again!
