De bonnes vacances !
Une très bonne semaine passée entre amis dans cette maison ! Elle correspondait à l'annonce et à ce que nous attendions. Le beau temps nous a permis de bien profiter de l'agréable jardin et de la proximité avec la plage du Prieuré et la promenade au clair de lune.
L'agence chargée des clés est disponible et arrangeante.
Seuls points négatifs : la salle de bains unique avec toilettes qui nous a demandé un peu d'organisation ! Quelques odeurs d'égout aussi.
Mis à part ça, tout s'est bien passé et on a pu bien se ressourcer !

Je prends bonne note de vos remarques. Toutes mes excuses pour les odeurs que vous avez ou avoir. Malheureusement, Dinard n'a pas mis son tout à l'égout aux normes et nous sommes donc embêté dès qu'il fait chaud !

Belle maison mais en bord d’une route bruyante
Les renseignements sur la localisation précise, donnés dans l’annonce et par la propriétaire que j’avais pourtant interrogée, laissent croire que à maison n’est pas à proximité de la route bruyante sans arrêt.
Grande déception.
La maison en elle même est très bien mais si on ne supporte pas le bruit des voitures et deux roues c’est difficile à vivre.

Authentique et chaleureuse maison
Nous sommes contents de notre séjour dans cette maison plutôt bien situé (GR, plage à proximité) Un accueil par conciergerie, sympathique et facilitant.
Les points forts: équipement, jeux pour enfants, choix de DVD et maison avec du cachet
Les points faibles: Le matelas 2 places dans la chambre avec volets est très inconfortable même avec le sur-matelas, Maison en bord de départementale donc jardin un peu bruyant la journée.

Location assez décevante
La maison, en elle-même, est pleine de charme et bien située à proximité de la plage et du centre ville.
Malheureusement, cette maison nécessite la réalisation de travaux pour proposer une location digne ce nom .
