Need public transport? It’s easily accessible, with the Hensmen Road bus stop only a ten-minute walk away.



This spacious apartment offers 80m² of living space and is fully equipped with essential amenities, including laundry facilities.

There is an external stair case which rises up three floors, and then an internal staircase up one floor... so please do not book this apartment if you have mobility issues.



However, if you are comfortable climbing some stairs, you will be rewarded with the very best views of the entire complex as well as the large five person outdoor hot tub spa!



Bedding Configuration



Bedroom 1: King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)

Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds (can be made into a King Bed)



If you wish to change the standard bed configuration, please notify us at least three days before your arrival. Requests to change the setup after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed to cover the cost of our external cleaners, who will arrange the beds and provide fresh linen.



Baby Accessories

Upon request, we can provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please let us know at least three days prior to your arrival if you require these items.



House Rules

- We welcome all guests and ask that you care for the apartment responsibly.

- The home is exceptionally clean, featuring high-quality hotel-grade linen, towels, and pillows for all beds.

- No pets, parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted.

- The apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests.

- The guest making the reservation should ideally be over 25 years old. If you are under 25, please contact us before booking to discuss your reservation.
