The house was clean, but lacked a kitchen with the essentials for cooking/cleaning. Many outlets weren't working. The bathroom had no towel bars, 2 bdrms had no mirrors. It was very reasonable, so I guess this is "you get what you pay for". Host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. 3rd bdrm had a bed you could barely move on without waking up the house. Tenant in unit below could be heard almost 24/7 and felt like he was literally staying with us.

Thank yiu for appreciating our level of cleanliness. The house was built in 1977 and has received plenty of upgrades including new stove, central AC system, Lighting fixtures, doors, flooring, paints Furnitures and more.
We offer all needed appliances but not cooking supplies. We make sure there is dishwasher detergent, plenty of paper, atleast 8 bathroom towels, and rags for cleaning.
The masters bedroom, half bath and main bathroom do have mirrors. The house comes with a Queen bed in the master and double beds in the other rooms. All bedrooms are above the minimum standard size.
I am always here to respond to quest needs and to ensure their stay is pleasing. I appreciate you for the compliment.
The basement the house is legal suit and rented to tenants.
I also give guest 5 star reviews. I feels very good.
