Brand new apartment. Super nice and clean. Great for families. Very nice restaurants and bars that are walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Belmont is excellent; the 2 bedrooms, 2 bath was just what we needed as was the upper and lower lounging areas. Kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor elevated deck was spacious with plenty of seating (great view of the sunset!).Check in/out was well scripted and seamless. Walkability for the dogs and eateries/shops were great. Property management was very responsive; every question/detail addressed. A great stay!!!

Only complaint was dealing with Stay Charlottesville to "verify" our identity. Had to jump through two sets of hoops (phone verify and then sending pic of driver's license). When I called Stay to clarify the receptionist was quite rude. The property was wonderful otherwise!

Really nice property. Very clean modern feel and nice open spaces. The deck is very nice as well. Parking was easy. Great that it is so close to about 10 restaurants and cafes, which were very good.

The unit is great. Kitchen, living room and laundry on the first floor, two beds and 2 baths on the second along with a nice deck and small TV area. It's within 3 blocks if half a dozen restaurants and is close to highways. Not much to do in the area but you can get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes.
