There was only one fly in the ointment regarding the stay. There is a set of shelves in the garage which are situated pretty much where most driver doors would open. My friend couldn't open her driver door at all. I managed to get my door open but while trying to carry my bag into the house I connected with the shelf corner splitting my forehead and causing a scary amount of blood to pour forth. I managed it with ice and loo paper and after sticking plastering it for the two days it has healed without a bad scar. I admit that I'm a doofus, I should have looked but I wonder if the shelves might be moved, since they aren't being used, maybe to the wall abutting the house. That was our only real problem during the weekend.
