We are in a quiet street and ideally located. Walk to the beach, IGA, shops, Pipi's cafe, Middleton hotel and Cockle Train stop.
Tennis and basketball hoop in the park.
Walk through the grassy park path via the back gate to the Point for a surf, swim or beach walk.
The park at the back has lovely amenities, tennis court and basketball ring - bring your racquets and balls if inclined.
