We just finished a 4 night stay and it was perfect! We’ve stayed many times in Pointe Royale and this was the very best. Extremely clean; Has plenty of the essentials; lots of closet space; amazing beds; the place is much more spacious than the pictures show; very bright with lots of windows, yet they have nice heavy blinds to block the light out for sleeping; easy check in and check out; close to the pool and clubhouse; owner very responsive to questions. Highly recommend as a great place to stay!

Absolutely satisfied! We stayed for a week and we were very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. A short walk from the pool. The master bedroom bed was the best it was super comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this house!

The check-in was swift and hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our proximity to the clubhouse, as our family spent a considerable amount of time playing pickleball when we weren’t engaged in ping pong in the garage. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unit was spacious enough to accommodate all six of us. Additionally, I appreciate that the check-out process didn’t include a laundry list of chores beyond what one would typically expect as a guest before leaving.

We loved our stay at this gated duplex house! Unit was very clean, well equipped (luxury towels, and linens, kitchen equipment, soap, paper towels etc). Loved the extras basketball game, ping pong in the garage! Manager went out of the way to accommodate us and brought us 2 bags of ice. Resort had a heated indoor pool and hot tub was open. We used almost all days. We didn't get chance to use pickle ball, tennis, basketball or outdoor pool to cold in March looked fun. We used fishing area and lovely sunsets near it. Ideal location in Branson. Loved the walkin entry and master is on main level. Rooms have generous king beds. Two bedrooms are downstairs which worked fine for us. Those that have mobility issues may have difficulty with stairs to those lower rooms. Overall 5 star rating for us ! Thanks we will be back!

The house was excellent and had everything we needed to accommodate our family group of 6. Brenda was an amazing and attentive host, answering any questions we had and always got back to us right away. The place was very clean and location was great. We loved having some private access areas along Lake Taneycomo to fish and also utilized the golf course onsite to play a few rounds.

The whole place was very clean and well stocked with supplies. There were no swim towels, so bring yours if you're going to be using the pool. The pool is across the street and down a bit so it is easy to walk to.The check-in process was easy and I liked that we didn't have to pick up a key or anything. The code is on the door pad.I have a temperamental back but the beds were very comfortable, even to me. There were no complaints by our party. Everything was perfect!
