We left the property early due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns. The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival and contained excessive personal items (food left in fridge, USED RAZORS ON BATHROOM COUNTER, dirty sinks, toilets, surfaces, STRONG odour of dog urine throughout entire house.)More concerning, the host used a key to enter the property during an active reservation, refused to leave, and misrepresented herself while insisting on staying inside the unit. This made us feel unsafe and forced us to vacate.VRBO was contacted immediately and the incident was documented. Guests should be aware that this host does NOT respect boundaries or guest privacy. I would not recommend this listing.

You stayed an extra night and the guest you were with was fine with the conditions. Some people are just looking to get credits and money back when it is not deserved. The place is cleaner than most plus housekeeping was addressed when you got back which is why staff had to come. You left the place a mess and smoked in the property plus had a dog larger than was allowed.
