This 55 plus complex is sought after for it's quality; lifestyle and grounds. Located in the heart of Summerland. Rentals of 3-6 month's only in the winter. Discounts available for stays of 4-6 month's, so ask us about this. One small pet allowed.
The Condo unit has been recently updated and moved into. We will update the photos as we get the rooms fined tuned throughout this summer.

You will see that this neighborhood is ideal as is far enough away from any noise, but close to everything. A 10 min walk will get you downtown which has all the basics. 15 minute drive to the larger towns nearby.
