The home features a bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light throughout the living room, thanks to expansive windows that open to a private deck overlooking the lagoon. The updated, fully equipped open-shelf kitchen flows easily into the living area and formal dining room, making it perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach or on the golf course. Just off the kitchen and dining space, a cozy beverage nook with a wine cooler, two chairs, and an HDTV offers a great spot to unwind.

An office nook located off the living room provides a dedicated workspace, which includes a sleeper sofa, HDTV, and twin-size futon for extra guests or quiet downtime.
