Inside, the cottage is bright, clean, and thoughtfully updated with a cozy, modern cottage feel. The open living areas are filled with natural light from well-placed windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The living room features comfortable seating, a mounted TV, and tasteful décor, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and functional, with white cabinetry, butcher-block counters, modern appliances, and a window overlooking the greenery outside. A cheerful dining area nearby offers a comfortable place to gather for meals, games, or morning coffee.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups. The cottage includes multiple bedrooms with comfortable beds, calming colour palettes, and cozy touches. My wife, Laura, and I have two young children, Abbey and Liam, as well as our furball, Layla. We live in southern Ontario and love our home and travelling.

We now have our very own cottage in Tiny, ON that we can't wait to share with our friends, family, and hopefully you!

This home is very special to us. Laura spent many years with her family at Allenwood and Woodland Beaches and has been coming up to this area since she was 12 years old. The Township of Tiny attracted our attention; the community is wonderful, the beaches are beautiful, and there is so much to do year-round. We purchased this property with the hopes of making it our home one day when we are aged to perfection! We have developed many memories over the years in this beautiful area, and we’re convinced that you will too.

Whether it's summer or winter or anything between, you'll love our newly renovated 4-bedroom cottage (including warm bunkie) with hot tub, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry! It's only a 90 minute drive from Toronto, has a large yard, central cooling and heating, a fire pit with seating around it, two picnic tables, a BBQ, and did we mention a HOT TUB.

It's a 5-10 min walk to Balm Beach, Bingham's Variety & Beer Store/LCBO, Restaurants, Balm Beach Go-Karts & Mini Putting, Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Paddleboard rentals, and much more!

It's a 5-10 min drive to Balm Beach Golf Club and Brooklea Golf & Country Club, a 10 min drive to Midland (more restaurants, Walmart, Foodland, McDonalds, etc), and 30 mins to Wasaga Beach or Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort!

You'll have no problem keeping busy!
