I dont even know where to start. Let me start with entering the gated community the property is located in. It was 9 PM when we reached the gate and the security over there told us that none of our names were added to the gate entry and hence he cannot give a pass. We had to move to the side of the road with kids in the car and tried calling the management who said they had no clue how to add or give us the pass as there was another property management company that had to give them. We waited for 45 min with no luck and finally the security helped give a temp pass considering there were kids and it was late at night. Once we reached the property, the entry code they gave via email did not work at all. The support team, who was supposedly working 24 hrs, was not reachable and it went to voice mail. It was 10 pm already and by some dumb luck the door opened. It was not until the next day that we realized that one of the digits were swapped in the code they gave and we could enter only because our kid entered the code wrong. There were cockroaches in the dining room and in the ground floor common bathroom which was not what we expected.The customer service for this property is a joke.The fridge smelled like clorox and it took a lot of cleaning from our end before we could store anything in it.The pool was not clean and they cleaned it 2 days after we checked in. The kids never got into the pool as there were insects in the water.
