I would tell everything that had happened but this has limited space. Very bad experience! This property may be nice and clean but the management is very not customer friendly! It is owned by a company-Jeeves which can only be contacted from 8am-8pm only regardless of the problem you encounter, even when you cannot enter the property. Their emergency number? You can only leave a message and it will be solved the following day. VRBO CS can’t even do anything too. They never mentioned to me the Champions Gate rules (where the property is). They never ask me how many cars and drivers we are in the guest list. They never gave the list of guest in Champions Gate which is a requirement, they only gave mine and im only allowed 1 car to enter Champions Gate. It was 2am when Champions Gate security supervisor folded, after long, repeated, and very stressful conversations. I left msgs in the “contact property owner” section and was hoping when i wake up there would be reply and solved the problem, but 10:20am i checked the msgs no reply at all! Called Jeeves cs and they don’t have any idea what happened to me and my guests!!
