🐬 Welcome to the Princess of Monaco! You will find the perfect beach paradise when you book this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home. This three-story home is situated on a private street, just steps from the most breathtaking white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Miramar Beach, FL.🐬

This amazing home offers plenty of space for a large family or a group of friends to spread out and relax among the comfy furnishings and ample seating and can accommodate up to 14 guests.

FIRST FLOOR
⭐The first Master Bedroom has a King bed and a futon, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a walk-out patio. You will also find a guest bedroom on this floor that features a Queen bed and a private bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR
⭐ Move on up to the 2nd floor where after preparing a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill, share stories about your day's adventures at the large dining room table, which seats 8+. Once you are finished, relax on the comfy couches in the spacious living area while watching your favorite shows on TV or huddle around the table for a good old-fashioned family-fun game night! There is a guest room on the 2nd floor that features a Queen bed.

THIRD FLOOR
⭐ Next, head upstairs to the third floor, where the 2nd Master Bedroom awaits you with its King-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a full tub and walk-in shower, and a walk-out balcony that provides a spectacular view. In the final bedroom, you will find 2 sets of built-in twin bunk beds. Great for the kid's room!

Smart TVs
⭐All TVs in the home are Smart TVs and allow guests to stream their favorite content using their own personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.). Simply log in with your personal streaming preferences during your stay and be sure to log out before departure. Cable TV is not available.

Waking up to sip a freshly-brewed cup of coffee before heading down to the beach for a stroll along the pristine shores, you'll look forward to every morning at this lovely home. Spend those sunny days taking in the rays and laying back on the beach with your toes in the sand. ☕❤

THE LOCATION - CRESCENT RESORT
⭐Your rental comes with the FREE use of the resort's 4,500 s.f. Lagoon and lap pools (heated seasonally), hot tub, and private beach access at the Crescent Beach Resort by use of provided wristbands. you could surely spend most of your time unwinding by the sandy shore, which is steps from the house, you will also want to venture out to experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer.
Visit one of the numerous nearby restaurants for a taste of delicious seafood cuisine and enjoy a multitude of beach-side bars for some evening fun. Surf Hut Bar and Grill is within walking distance of your front door.
Shopping and entertainment enthusiasts will also be particularly ecstatic to find Silver Sands Outlet Mall, amazing Golf courses, and large family amusement areas within 15 minutes of the property!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provide Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for Smart TV streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave. Cable is not provided.

PARKING
⭐ Driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ As a guest, you will have access to a complimentary beach set-up. The beach set-up includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. You can purchase an additional beach setup with La Dolce Vita beach attendant.

POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and one hot tub at the Crescent Resort that our guests will be allowed to use via bands provided at the on-site registration office. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK!

SECURITY
⭐ Our property has outdoor cameras as well as the resort will have them around the grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
