Free trolley to Siesta Village, runs every 20 minutes, with pick up and drop off right in front of condo complex!

Across the street from Capt Curt's, Daiquiri Deck diagonal from unit and other Restaurants, karaoke, tiki bar, shops, grocery, boat rental, parasailing, bike rental, ice cream, and donuts all within one block.

Owner resides in Cincinnati Ohio and loves coming to Siesta Key for past 30 years!

Paradise in Siesta Key

Condo was perfect. Everything we needed for a getaway at the beach. The condo is in excellent condition and a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops a very easy walk away. Loved that the unit included a beach umbrella for times at the beach. Owner was super to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This was a very nice condo and the pictures did not do it justice. The living room/dining area is huge. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. We loved the balcony and being able to see the water from there. There was one tiny issue with getting through the gate when we got there, but the owner took care of it within minutes. I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront property. The condo had everything we needed, was right on the beach and close to everything that we could possibly want. It is close to restaurants, tourist attractions, the best ice cream establishments, many, many beaches and even a drug store, if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We had a very good time in siesta keys, The condo was very clean and up-to-date. The front office was very helpful as well as the owner. She Was very flexible for us due to unforseen circumstances. I would definitely recommend dealing with this owner as well as I hope to continue to rent from her in the future. This was just a very nice vacation.

Amazing!

The location CANNOT be beat! Right on the beach, and right across the street from live music, daiquiris, restaurants, karaoke, ice cream, and a grocery store! Oh, and the trolley stop is right outside to the village for free. We didn’t rent a car and never regretted it once! Our family (three kids 9, 7, 6) had the best family vacation here!

Family Trip to Siesta

This was our second stay at Sea Shells Condominiums. The location is perfect. You are on the less busier end of the island. The trolly stops right at the condo. Captain Curt's tiki bar and restaurant are right across the street. We were happy to see that the crescent market was opened back up to! The beach access is a short walking distance compared to condos on the north end of the island. The unit was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, everything you need! The unit had beach coolers, floats, and even an umbrella! I would advise you to pack extra beach towels if staying longer than two nights. The unit comes with one towel per person. Unless you want to do laundry and wash it, that one towel doesn't last for an extended stay.

The condo was great. Perfect location across from the market, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Would have liked to be closer to the beach but we could see a small view of the ocean from the balcony.

Reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Husband, Ed, and I enjoy escaping to Siesta Key whenever we have an opportunity. Have been coming to Siesta Key for past 27 years and always had been looking to purchase condo here.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with our location directly on the beautiful white, powdery sands of Crescent Beach and yet, just across the street from Capt. Curt's Seafood Restaurant, Daiquiri Deck, shops, grocery, marina, drug store, post office and delightful outdoor Sniki Tiki Bar. Just 300 yds from our beach is a great area for exploring at Point of Rocks, tidal pools, exotic birds, exception shelling and snorkeling. No other complex on Siesta Key can beat our fun location.

What makes this property unique

We are located just a block from the mainland bridge for easy access on and off the island, convenient location for everything, yet quiet tranquil beach. This section of Crescent Beach is the widest beach along the Gulf.
