Our family of 4 (plus small dog) enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, and bars. It was clean and had lots of space. Some lights/fans did not work and we would have liked a toaster for bagels.

This is very nice 2nd floor condo in small building, with a private pool, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. I would have given it 5 stars, however the noise from the condo across the hall and the pool was disturbing. Overall, I would recommend it for a beach vacay.

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week. The property is well-appointed, and it is literally a 2-minute walk to the beach. There were beach towels, chairs, and everything you’d need for the beach. In addition, there is a fully-appointed kitchen and a nice eat-in kitchen along with a generous living area. The outside soave was perfect with a nice deck, A beautiful pool and gas grills. Floaties for the pool. Would highly recommend! Also, the host was easy to communicate with. Looking to return next year!

Great rental

The property was well equipped, very clean and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. It would be nice to have a beach wagon available.This property did not have beach views as advertised but was very close to the beach. The pool onsite was nice and heated but could use a little work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful location and a nice accommodations. Would be nice to have a wagon to pull chairs to beach and chairs and umbrellas have seen better days. I saw the neighbors stored their chairs under stairwell which is protected from weather which could help the longevity of your chairs and umbrellas.

The property was very well stocked and as described in the listing. The location is incredibly convenient for a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The space was pretty clean but there are a few things that are outdated and could be replaced. The primary bed was very comfortable and overall we really enjoyed our time at the property! The management company was very responsive when I had an issue with needing an iron and they solved the problem within a few minutes. I would definitely consider staying at the property again in the future.
