Do not book with Goodnight Stay — misleading listingLet me save you the frustration we experienced this weekend.The rental itself is attractive — stylish, comfortable, great location. But this listing contains inaccurate information, and that's a serious problem.The listing states parking is included. It is not. Customer service told us there was free street parking nearby — there wasn't. The Motif hotel, where this unit is located offers 60 overnight valet. That detail — that you're booking a room inside an operating hotel — is buried and not clearly communicated.Because you're in a hotel, the front desk is not obligated to assist you as a VRBO guest. Need extra towels? You'll have to track down the host yourself. Check-in and check-out instructions are boilerplate Goodnight Stay templates — no specifics about parking, trash, or anything useful for this particular property.A few small comforts like additional bathroom hooks would help, but they're minor compared to the larger transparency issues.Bottom line: If you want to stay at the Motif in Nashville, book directly with the hotel. You'll get better service, accurate information, and likely a comparable or lower rate without the VRBO fees. We do not recommend booking through Goodnight Stay.
