This is a quiet home perfect for families only, situated in a prime Eagle Bay location just houses from the beach. Laze your afternoons away watching the ocean through the trees from the generous verandah and your evenings relishing in balmy nights or in front of the open fire.

You will love the bush walks and watching the kangaroos, possums and native birds that frequently gather near the home.

Come and stay at this peaceful holiday home, situated in a prime Eagle Bay location just houses from the boat ramp, beach and Rocky Point track. Laze your afternoons away watching the ocean through the trees from the generous verandah and your evenings relishing in balmy nights or in front of the open fire.

This charming holiday home, sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 comfortable queen bedrooms that overlook the natural bush, and an open mezzanine. There is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Bed linen and bathtowels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

A large open-plan area featuring built-in window seats and a pool table. An extensive deck with break-out lounge, dining and woodfire barbecue area means there is plenty of room for the whole family to not only relax and retreat after a day’s adventures, but also to spend quality time together.

Ceiling fans in the open plan lounge and 3 main bedrooms keep you cool in the summer and the open fire toasty in the winter (firewood not supplied).

This is a stunning bush retreat just 150metres from the crystal clear water of Eagle Bay Beach, 5 minutes' drive from vineyards and breweries, 10 minutes' drive from Dunsborough and Bunker Bay, and on the doorstep of the greater Margaret River Region.

The Treehouse is a perfect base for small families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful South-West region. We will not accept any school leaver bookings at any time of the year.

Linen costs for all bedding and bath towels are included in the cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach towels.

Wheel the bins to the end of the driveway for Monday morning collection
Please do not leave any food or drinks in the cupboard or fridge/freezer. Report anything broken or not working.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking anywhere in the house, verandah or on the block. It is a very fire-prone area.

I live in Perth and this is our holiday house that we love. I'm excited to be able to welcome people to enjoy the laid back comfort of a home on the beach that doesn't mind sandy feet when guests come home.

Why they chose this property

We love sitting on the verandah after a day at the beach or hiking the local trails and watching the possums set out for their nightly adventures or hearing the kangaroos heading home in the mornings. It is very relaxing house to switch off and 'forest bath' and chill.
