Good cosy cottage with lovely big bath!Pet friendly and family friendly.Maintenance needs updating as a few things were not working ( dishwasher) or not supplied Bin liners, power sockets, lights, dishwashing supplies, washing tub had bleach so damaged some clothes, fridge noisy. Was expensive for what was supplied for a week. Near Centre of Bathurst and close to shops and activities

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the things you enjoyed, including the cosy feel of the cottage, the bath, and the convenient location. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items and missing supplies to our attention, these have been noted and are being reviewed with our team to ensure they are addressed promptly. We also apologise for the issue with the washing tub and understand how frustrating that would have been. Your feedback is really valuable and helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back with a much smoother experience next time.
