My husband and I loved our stay. The suite was a great size for us, we especially appreciated the area outside. Ralph was a wonderful host. As far as the location it was perfect for my work in Coquitlam. We also enjoyed the lake which was a quick bus ride (though we walked). The access to transit was also very convenient. It was easy to get to the train for a day trip to Vancouver. The area also has great trails for biking and walking.

Check-in process was nice and easy, instructions were given on how to get to the apartment and easy to follow. I would say some specification on parking in the front of the property would be good. Other than that everything was really easy. Room was clean with plenty of space (there were 3 of us). Location was awesome and a beautiful property. Would recommend this property.

It was exactly as listed. Bonus was the beautiful rock work outside the rental. We felt welcomed. Host was lovely to deal with. We came for visiting friends and would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to others.
