Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

Unit 1116 is located on the eleventh floor of Tower one. Its a three Bedroom two bath unit. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest, and double beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. The unit includes 4 flat screen TV's and 1 Blu-Ray/DVD Player. There is a fully equipped open kitchen so you can visit with family and friends while cooking, mirrored wall in dining room and the unit is carpeted throughout the entrance way. Laundry center located in master. Both bathrooms are tiled with a walk-in shower in the master bath. . 1116 is very nicely decorated with Beach Décor and has no balcony. However, there are beautiful views of water from both guest bedrooms. This unit has free Wi-FI.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop
