☀️ Bringing a boat? No problem, lots of room for parking.

☀️The greenhouse is growing, enjoy what is ready during your stay. The view from the property is stunning, and the yard is full of mature trees, perennial and annual flowers.

😴Have a good nights rest within the 2 King Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 Queen Bedroom. The Queen bed and 1/2 bath are on the main floor and offer mobility support.

🛁 2 FULL bathrooms including a jet tub, walk in seated shower + 1/2 bath on the main floor.

👨‍🍳The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, cooktop, large island with seating, fresh beans to grind for morning coffee, and all the tools to make a nice indoor or outdoor meal.

🐶The two resident dogs look forward to making new friends. Host lives in a separate private residence on the property in order to care for the animals, yard and greenhouse. Your privacy will be respected.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Gather used towels and place beside washer and dryer. Start WHITES ONLY load with bleach.
Gather used sheets and pile on the bed.
Gather all garbage and tie up and place on front deck. Put all recyclable cans/bottles in the can on west deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO ENTRY in with the horses. No feeding the horses. Visit over the fence only.
Please keep inside furniture and items inside.. Please DO NOT drag furniture on the hardwood floors.
ONLY FLUSH TP- no flushables! Septic system in use.
