Nice neighborhood that is close to Jarvis bay provical park. This provides excellent walking trails,and access to the lake which is just a shortwalk from property. The main town of Sylvan lake is still quite close by , but far enough to provide a nice quite family space.

Great guest house for our family vacation to Sylvan. Had everything we needed for our stay. I misunderstood and thought there was 2 bathrooms but its 2 showers in 1 bathroom. We couldn't figure out how to get to the lake from the house but we just went into Sylvan. It was great that we could bring our dog and it was fenced. There is a low spot in the fence so if your dog can jump or is a bit bigger, be aware. The host was great with communication up to and during our stay.

This property is in an amazing clean, safe community. We felt at home and was a great stay for us. It’s close to all the amenities and would definitely stay again.
