Laundry day is a breeze with the in-unit, coin-free washer and dryer. Located in a prime area, this bungalow is half a mile from a premier 18-hole golf course, ideal for golf enthusiasts. Additionally, you’re just a less than five-minute drive to Sylvan Lake, which offers endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
You can also step outside to your own private oasis with a propane fire table and barbeque, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. An included green space on the side of building allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep. As well, the property is protected by outdoor security cameras and a gated fence. This bungalow is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient living space.

Please note: A rental agreement will need to be signed and any damages incurred on the property during time of stay will be charged to the user.

Kitchen - Air fryer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and other necessities. Also has full dining room table and space.

Miscellaneous - Rental comes with speedy Wi-Fi and all TV's have access to Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and many more channels

Other Notes:
- Smoking is allowed outside the building, no smoking within the building or else immediate removal will occur
- Please clean your dishes before you leave
- Quiet time is 11 pm for outside the unit

Awesome Airbnb Stay!

Our stay was amazing! The Airbnb is beautiful and close to Sylvan Lake which is where we spent the majority of our time. The hosts are also amazing and quick to reply to messages. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Too short of a stay!

It’s a great property! Remote and quiet. Close to the fun of sylvan but it’s a tranquil peaceful getaway that really feels healing! Hosts are super friendly and eager to make your stay great. If you love nature, beautiful landscapes and peace and quiet, this place is for you! The property itself was new, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Great quality bed mattresses and lots of space. We had 7 people staying and we all had plenty of our own space. Will be back for sure! Only suggestion for owners is to add some fans for bedrooms because these hot summer days make for very warm nights when there isn’t any A/C. But we managed! Thanks a million. :) Sloane & Mitch
