Booked this house sort of last minute for spring break to bring kids and their friends (2 adults, 4 teens, 2 tweens). Nice house in a cute community! house was a bit far from entrance so bike ride to beach is pretty long (and there’s only 4 bikes). Would have been nice if golf cart came with the home- we had to rent our own which we didn’t think to include in vacation price. The golf cart made staying in that location bearable (wish we had 2!). Neighborhood trails/views were nice to bike around in; pool was not impressive so we didn’t use it (maybe better for younger kids), loved the pickleball court and neighborhood trails.One of the bedrooms is a living area with a curtain attached and 3 bedrooms had to share a bathroom (luckily 4 teens were boys so they didn’t care!) It would not have been comfortable with more than 8 ppl (unless the extras are little kids). Also note main master bedroom is upstairs.Beds were super comfortable (my husband always complains about beds but he was actually very impressed and was able to sleep!!!)I was nervous to book since it was a new listing and honestly only booked because the host (Summer) was so responsive and comforting!!! She stayed responsive during the trip (not that we needed much). Price was more affordable than the other options we were looking at (watercolor/closer to the beach) but honestly we enjoy the scenic trek to the beach (and saving money). Overall it worked for our needs and I’m so happy we stayed here!
