This was an amazing place to stay especially for the price! The ambience of the living room and backyard was 10/10. The amenities provided and comfort of the bedding were also top tier. Will recommend!

Poor communication with the cleaners to try to check in early as the cleaner was changed and we did not have that information. Beds hard concrete and very loud traffic as house sits on a highway. Stinky bedding that we could not use and broken bed frame.

We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your comments. We regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected cleaner transition, which led to timing and communication challenges outside of our control. The guest contact was updated prior to check-in, but due to processing delays through the Evolve platform, it had not yet reflected in the guest information at the time of arrival .The extra blanket in the closet had not been brought to our attention prior to your stay and was not properly laundered by the previous cleaner. Once identified, it was immediately removed, and all bedding is now being replaced with new items. The bed frame concern was believed to have already been repaired but will be fully addressed. In addition, the hot tub is now brand new and fully operational. We remain focused on providing a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests and hope to welcome you back in the future.
