Building amenities: heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, jacuzzi.

This super central, ultra clean unit will sleep up to 5 people and offers great access and amenities.

Mass transit is only a block away, Nespresso coffee and SmartTV(with included streaming services) is ready for you. The building has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, sauna, and full gym.

Inside the unit you'll find 3 beds (queen, twin, and full size pull out sofa), portable AC, full kitchen, full bathroom, high-speed WiFi, and a number of beautiful decorative touches.

Please note: The second "bedroom" is a converted den/flex space. It has a proper twin bed. and some shelving but that's pretty much it. Drop down blind style doorway cover. Is meant only as a sleeping space.

Free parking for one vehicle is included in a double-gated, secure, numbered, assigned parking stall.
