We chose this property based on it's location, proximity to Canada Place for our cruise. There were great things about the property and not so great things. Our flight arrived at 10pm. By the time we got our bags, went through customs and got to the property, it was after midnight. We had been instructed to dial a number on the building intercom to get "buzzed" in when we arrive. We dialed the number a number of times, but no one answered which meant we couldn't get into the building. We eventually "tailgated" a resident into the building, but couldn't operate the elevator without a key. The doorman told us he wasn't supposed to help VRBO renters but eventually keyed the elevator so we could get up to the floor of our unit. Once there, the door was open and we had a key waiting for us. When arriving in the unit, we started to "check it out", as you do. My son opened a cupboard and the door fell off. My wife slid a closet hanging door and it fell off. I tried to slide different closet doors and realized they were just propped there, not even hanging. This was July and there was no A/C in the unit. They did provide fans. We opened a couple windows but that turned out to be an issue in the morning as the unit is close to the heliport and steam clock. We got used to the steam clock sounding every 15 minutes, but the helicopter noise could be a problem for some.Ultimately, the unit is in a great location with great views and comfortable.
