This modern apartment is located in the old part of Puerto del Carmen, just a short walk from the beach. The 100 m2 of living space is spread over 2 floors. The upper floor is the well equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge. On the balcony you can have breakfast and comfortably take the first rays of sunshine in reception. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace from where you have direct access to the communal pool. Runs are ready in the apartment. Especially for families, the apartment is perfect. Up to 4 children can be accommodated in a bedroom. Under the beds is one further away bed. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. A large sports center with tennis courts, fitness center and sauna adjacent to the small complex.

Perfect location

The property is in the perfect location, a short walk between both the Old Town and the main strip in PDC . Was slightly disappointed in the beds but not enough to ruin a great holiday .

Tolles Apartment

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment. Es liegt ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral , und Restaurants, Supermärkte , Strand und Shopping Center sind in nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great location

Excellent communication with Melanie, from booking to our stay. Washing machine broke & she called to us on a 'bank holiday ' to help arrange help for us. Apartment had everything we needed, with not great weather would have been nice to have had english speaking channels on the tv.

Lovely place to stay

Good communication, reasonable location, no fault with cleanliness or amenities . Personally didn't like the bunk beds but imagine if you have kids there'd be no issue. Couple of sunloungers around the pool broken, but overall, we enjoyed our stay:-)

SEA VIEW APARTMENT

Just returned from a week's stay in this clean and well presented south facing apartment no.16 (sun all day) overlooking the pool. Situated close to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants.The apartment contained all necessary equipment for a self catering holiday. Although this apartment had been recently decorated the complex does show some signs of age. The booking process was easy with any questions quickly answered by Melanie.We were met on arrival by Suzanne who showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.
