Great spot! Clean and fresh unit, situated in a clean and secure neighbourhood. Hosts communicate well. Wayyy better than having a hotel room, in my opinion.

The location was lovely neighborhood, the home itself was clean and no issues. I was however surprised to find a double bed which was a bit small for us. In 3 years of using VRBO etc, everywhere else I have stayed had a queen bed, and you can't really tell by the photographs if it is a queen or double. I likely would not have booked a suite with a double bed. The bed also sagged in the middle, which I mentioned to the host, and she indicated she would assess it after our stay. The host does mention their dogs in her listing. I have stayed at vrbos with dogs, and there is a wide range of 'pet management' with people anywhere so I assumed the best case scenario. The dog noise was right above our heads in the bedroom, normal enough noise but in the early morning it woke us up with a startle. I also mentioned this to host, and she apologised. The host was polite and communicated quickly and professionally.
