Charming, ground floor home in Bradenton Beach. Conveniently located just two (short) blocks to the beach and within walking distance to several eateries. Adventuring further? The trolley stop is just a short distance away and will take you from one end of Anna Maria Island to the other.

This home has a king size bed in the main bedroom and twins in the guest bedroom. The main bath has a tub and shower, and the other bathroom has a step-in shower located in the utility room. The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar and stainless appliances. The utility has a full-size washer and dryer.

There is a one car garage with attic access and hanging bike racks, if you rent bikes.

Outside there is a small open area deck with table and chairs and outside shower to remove sand from your feet and beach equipment.

Rentals by the week must be Saturday to Saturday and Monthly rentals must begin on the first and end on the 1st.

This is a non-smoking home and small pets may be allowed upon approval. Pets will be required to have up-to-date vaccination records along with a photo. Additional pet fees will apply.
