Ideally located just a 2-minute drive from Douglas Beach and minutes from Oval Beach, downtown Douglas and Saugatuck, you'll have beaches, sunsets, restaurants, shopping and everything the area is known for right at your fingertips.

We’ve thoughtfully stocked the condo with the little things that make a vacation feel easy. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee bar, full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and place settings for eight—everything you need for morning coffee, a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, side tables and closet. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The living area features a large sofa and two oversized chairs, giving everyone room to relax, watch a movie, play games or unwind after a day at the beach.
Step outside to your private patio, fire up the large gas BBQ grill and enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six.

Having stayed at this condo complex before I knew what to expect although this condo was by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. It’s well furnished and well equipped. Enjoyed it so much we booked again for next year.

Overall everything was great. But, we had a hard time checking in. The unit was very clean. However, the walls are not well insulated. You can hear the adjoining bedroom. And, you can really hear the renters upstairs. The pool was heated and lovely. You’ll have a nice time staying here.

It was lovely and very convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with some extras that we didn’t expect like a variety of coffee pods and tea! I highly recommend this place and Josh was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, spacious, contemporary condo, which gave our family plenty of room to spread out without tripping over one another like contestants on a reality show. Its location is ideal — just minutes from the beaches and Saugatuck — with easy on-and-off highway access that made exploring effortless. The condo complex itself is peaceful and surprisingly tropical in vibe, despite being perched beside Lake Michigan rather than the Caribbean.

Great property!

Beautiful home and great location. A short 10-15 minute walk from Lake Michigan, close to restaurants and bars and a short drive to downtown. We had a blast!

Lovely Condo With Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Isabel’s Market was a wonderful bonus and the pool is great! We plan to return!

a great spot and nice property

Overall, we really liked the place. There was a small issue that was no one's fault that the owner was quick to reply to, and overall we had a very nice stay.
