Home is in a great location on AMI, and about 1/2 block to beach. Home is brand new, clean, bright and worked great for blending two families. The Kitchen is beautiful and nicely stocked for cooking. Pool area is a great layout with lounge furniture, TV, ping pong (pool is heated). Home comes with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon.
