About this property

Farm Stay cabin with Outdoor Bath

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our cabin is located in the beautiful Buffalo River Valley on a quiet country road. Take a load off as you admire the hills surrounding the cabin, watch the cattle grazing in the paddock or wander over to say Hi to the resident horses.
Relax in the hammock under the chestnut tree. Stay onsite or explore the region, Myrtleford, Mount Buffalo, Beechworth, Bright, are all close by.

The cabin is located on our property with views to the rolling hills on all sides. A stunning chestnut tree next to the cabin providing a shady place to sit.

There is an original 1900’s claw foot bath located outside the cabin with hot and cold water, it is simply the best place to enjoy a glass of wine while you enjoy the beautiful surrounds. Late checkout available on request. We supply a starter pack of kindling and firewood for the firepit. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, full fridge/freezer, sandwich press and toaster and kettle, BBQ can be supplied on request.

Excellent stay. Would highly recommend. The fire pit was very special and made a very unique addition to our experience. Also the hosts were really lovely and made lots of little personal touches around the cabin. Also it was private and remote but still only 5 minutes drive from town centre so excellent location

We have lived here for 13 years and absolutely love where we live. Close enough to town, yet far enough out of town to feel the full effect of a country property.

Why they chose this property

Just beautiful is how we feel about where we live and how many guests describe our location. Surrounded by the hills of the Buffalo River valley on both sides set the scene for this amazing region.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect. Close to town but on a road with no through traffic, and the cabin itself is set well off the road so feels private and peaceful. The horses love to interact with guests when the bring a carrot or 2 for them.
