Onsite coin laundry available (vending machine on ground floor exchanges bill for coins for laundry machine if needed).

Small supply of coffee/tea provided, can purchase additional from reception desk/Upper Village Market in Embarc building. Many amenities, but with a family apartment feel.

Building is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping. No pets allowed.. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Possible to extend to 11:00 am if the owner is able to accommodate on an individual basis. If a guest checks out after 11:00 am, a $100 late check-out fee will be applied.
