Our stay was good. Wish there was a umbrella in the condo or that we would have brought one. We paid the extra for the chairs, umbrella on the beach but 3 of 4 days we were there they were not available for use. The ceiling fan in 1 of the bedrooms was broken and very dusty. All in all a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spotless home. Although we encountered a few minor issues, the staff was prompt and accommodating in resolving them. The balcony was an absolute highlight, and the pool was also a pleasant addition. We’re definitely planning to return in the future!

We enjoyed our time there, it needs a little attention and was brought to the managers inbox, communication was good, loved the view, and portofino resort. Just requires updating on their end.

This was the perfect condo with breath taking views of the sound from the huge windows and the large balcony. We had 5 adults and one teenager on this trip. There was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very clean and super close to the beach. Overall, we loved it and will be back!

Room smelled of previous smoke and did not have a functioning ice maker. This was reported to the property manager but never followed up upon. Otherwise the Portofino was lovely.

Furniture was terrible in poor condition and unstable (coffee table wobbled and had sharp metal sticking out of it). Extremely bad lighting in the rooms. Uncomfortable slanted beds. Poor a/c flow to secondary bedrooms. This unit had a bad odor like mold or mildew. Dryer did not work properly so do not plan on having dry clothes. For the price and location (Portofino Facility) the owner needs to invest in furnishings and appliances that are stable, clean, and functional. I rented this because there was nothing else available for my dates and I love the Portofino property.

The place was awesome, the freezer ice maker was broken. The extra charges that I was given was not explained very well beforehand. Nor was the amount of the cleaning fee. I left the place immaculate. All in all, I’d return in a heartbeat. I do feel that the packages are overpriced for the extra things.

Very nice but it would not hurt to open the doors a couple hours early before 4 pm to the people that are traveling far. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10:00 am is kind of a rip off since it’s not even a full day.I would rent again however that was an inconvenience to me and my family. So I will not be renting again from that person. I did request early check in but was denied. Next time the owners should think about being more gracious to customers that may be reoccurring.
