Your condo is wonderful! Great use of space! The washer/ dryer combo was amazing! All the smart appliances were also great! The ice maker, totally awesome! Check in communication was not good. I called after not receiving a message answering my question. I had asked what to do for check in. And nothing back through Vrbo app. I called the host number. (management company) The gentleman told me to use the direction queue on the app. It took me to a parking lot in Sea Pines. I called again, and then told me I need to check in at Sea Pines welcome center. Which was back out of the community. After settling in, all was great! The hiccup that took up some time, was resolved, and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful villa, great layout, loved all the extra blankets!! Balcony is nice and roomy and was safe for my 2 year old (huge relief!!) The ice maker is amazing and we loved being able to just throw some ice in the cooler and go! Perfect location especially with younger children, you can be at the playground, pool, shops, ice cream!, and all the restaurants in a 5 minute walk! The only negative which is NOT the villas fault at all, but the resort should be aware - one evening we walked out in the hallway (4th floor) to go to the elevators, and there was a terrible sewage smell, it lingered for about a day and then went away. We will definitely be back! 4 adults and 3 kiddos and we had plenty of space, even got to have sleepovers with the double bunk beds with the kids! Bonus that the bunk beds were the most comfy with lots of comfy pillows and blankets too!
