Great property for the price. The trailer is older, but well maintained. It was a little off the beaten path, and we only stayed for the night, but no complaints.

This place is great. We stay in Keaton Beach every year. This is the first year we didn't stay on the water with a dock, but I will say this. This property is really close to the ramp; we paid less than we normally do, and the place has more room than the other places we have stayed. I would make two minor suggestions. 1) Mow the yard. 2) Get some more furniture in the living room and maybe add a TV to the primary suite. Not trying to complain, just a little constructive criticism. We spent more time on the water, but the place was super clean and had lots of room. I would stay here again.
