This is my third stay at Ocean Sands. Love it for a few days get away. Everything is always clean and fresh. Communication is excellent. Everyone is very accommodating. Location is fabulous!

Amazing location

You could stay at this condo and never wear shoes for a week. The proximity to the beach is perfect. It is a cozy space and beautifully decorated. The mattresses weren’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped, but everything else was terrific. The owner is responsive and helpful, as we decided to extend our stay on the last day. I’ll definitely be back!!

Perfect for our needs.

We wanted a convenient, comfortable place to stay for an extended weekend at Atlantic Beach without breaking the bank. This unit fit our needs perfectly. We wanted to be close to the beach and the location is ideal. We hope to return again.

It was within walking distance of the beach.outside of building needed repairing. Our room, missing tiles, bathroom floor needs replacing new blinds storm door needed replacing

We were very pleased with the location and beach access. Well appointed kitchenette. Could use a couple of suitcase stands. But would certainly rent again.

Great location

Everything was super close and convenient, the beach, the store, places to eat! The condo was tidy and had everything except condiments like salt, sugar etc. We were comfortable and super happy during our stay!

Perfect for Two

It's as advertised, there's not an abundance of space but it's fine for two people. I wouldn't want to have three adults in the room. This is a room in an older hotel that has been turned into a "condo." The small kitchen was added probably where a closet had been. Very glad there was a full size refrigerator, and it was great to have two beach chairs provided. The only lavatory is the kitchen "sink" and it was odd to brush teeth where coffee cups had just been washed. I would have liked a few hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing while showering. Would return.
