River get away

Absolutely loved our stay in Phoenix NY on the River!! It was so peaceful with the river views! The apartment was very clean, furnished nicely and well stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here, can’t wait to come again soon with my boyfriend.

River Retreat

My family had a great stay in Phoenix NY. The property was very clean and furnished nicely!! kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and a variety of teas. The owner Bobby was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The river views were breathtaking, very peaceful sunsets and the village was walking distance to the property. We had dinner at Duskie's Bar & Grill, the burgers are amazing!! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Clean, nice views, loud neighbors

Location in Phoenix is excellent with great views of the canal and a porch to watch the boats float by. Easy to throw a paddleboard in for morning exercise. The unit itself is older and has some rough edges, questionable electrical, but was very clean and the furnishings are mostly new. We had an issue with water and AC units which Robert quickly fixed for us. The neighbors above were very loud, not their fault - the building floors are thin and you hear every movement. Even with ear plugs we could not seem to find rest. This won't be an issue for heavy sleepers.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The home has a peaceful, quaint charm, and the waterfront view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.The property is older and could use a few finishing touches, but it was clear that improvements are being made. Those small details did not take away from our overall experience.One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the owner, Bobby. He was incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed and was genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. His hospitality made us feel very welcome.We also loved the town itself. The people were friendly, the local restaurants were excellent, and we were fortunate to enjoy live concerts featuring local musicians on Monday and Friday evenings. It added such a special touch to our visit.Overall, this was a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. Thank you, Bobby, for your wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
