This charming townhome is thoughtfully updated, with calming decor, and comfort and style in mind! Recent updates include: fresh paint, newer carpets and flooring, windows, appliances, washer/dryer, and an updated half bath, and newer furniture. The property has an attached garage convenient for snowy winters! Snow removal is included! It has 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen bed), that will comfortably house 2-4 guests. This property is family and pet friendly. It is equipped with a pack-n-go crib, booster seat, and children’s plates/utensils. There is a park (Meltzer Park) with a children’s play ground and lots of green space about a two minute drive off Stearns Rd. Also, conveniently located off Route 31 in Clay (approximately 10 min drive) you can find local dining and shopping. The townhome is also minutes away from Hwy 81 and 481, and approximately 15min drive to Destiny Mall.

Why they chose this property
Clay is the one of the largest suburbs north of Syracuse. It is an up and coming neighborhood with Micron scheduled to break ground, and close to a major retail strip, New York State Route 31. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families, and those traveling with pets.
