This was the first time using a VRBO. I've traveled in areas where I have stayed in homes before and interacted with the owners- at least small pleasantries. Jackie was quick to help correct a problem with the electricity. Being a basement room towels did not dry well and the foot mat by the shower was always very damp. Truthfully I would try a different kind/brand of towels--we had to use the laundry room dryer. Considering you looked out the window the day we arrived I would have thought a quick "hi" might be nice.

Very spacious and well appointed studio apartment style rental. It is in the basement of a split-foyer house so we did experience a couple of bugs as expected in a basement area. The bathroom is very nice, but the resin floor in the shower is a little slippery. The bed was comfortable, the sealing was ample, and the business center is a great professional touch. I would not hesitate staying there again, and would recommend it to anyone needing a great little private space in the beautiful greater Syracuse area.
