4 BR / 3 Bath house in Ferry Beach

This pet friendly 4-bedroom, 3 full bath house is a 2-block walk to Ferry Beach entrance.  House is also a short walk to the Camp Ellis General Store, the Camp Ellis pier and breakwater, and Huot's Seafood restaurant (with live music every night during the summer).  

The first floor has an open concept living room and dining room.  The living room has WIFI and a smart TV with ROKU (HBO included).  You can also stream your own personal accounts (remember to bring your login credentials).  The first floor also has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower stall), laundry, and two bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a private full bathroom (shower only).  Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and the closet has a highchair and a pack-N-Play. Both upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs living room are equipped with splitter AC units.

Downstairs you'll find bedrooms 3 and 4 and another full bathroom with a tub-shower combo.  Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has two pyramid bunks (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There are also fans in the downstairs bedrooms (no AC).

Outside you will find a deck with a pellet grill, a large outside seating area with two tables and a fire pit, and double outside shower.  There is ample parking for 5 cars (two in the front driveway and three in the side driveway.  There is also a basketball hoop in the front drive.  Inside the garage, you'll find kids scooters and helmets, a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, life jackets, two coolers, and a popup infant tent.
