We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.


Welcome to your Shoalwater base, just moments from the calm waters between Shoalwater Bay and Point Peron. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers relaxed coastal living with space to gather, unwind and enjoy time together.

- Three comfortable bedrooms all with Queen Beds and all linen provided
- Two bathrooms with bath towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
- Private outdoor deck, perfect for morning coffee and evening BBQs

The Space
All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with one opening directly onto the deck and garden - perfect for slow mornings with the doors open to fresh air. Two bathrooms make getting ready easy for families or groups.

Inside, the home feels light and welcoming, with timber floors, a fresh white kitchen and a generous dining table that seats eight comfortably - ideal for shared meals, games nights or long conversations after the beach. The living area is bright and comfortable, with air-conditioning for year-round ease.

Sliding doors open to a vine-covered pergola and spacious timber deck, complete with festoon lights and a BBQ for relaxed evening dinners. Beyond the deck, a large grassy backyard is framed by beautiful established trees and leafy gardens. Kookaburras are often heard in the branches, adding to the peaceful coastal atmosphere. There’s plenty of room for kids to run and play.

A full laundry with washer and dryer makes longer stays practical and stress-free. Wi-Fi is available (router located above the fridge).

Set in a quiet, leafy street, you’re just minutes from some of Rockingham’s most loved coastline. Swim or paddle in the calm waters between Shoalwater Bay and Point Peron, walk to Penguin Island ferry access, or explore nearby coastal trails.

Shoalwater Shopping Centre is close by for groceries and essentials, and Rockingham Foreshore is only a short drive away, offering cafés, playgrounds and waterfront dining.

It’s an easy, well-connected location that lets you enjoy the best of the coast without the crowds.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

ID Verification
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all.

Security Hold / Damage Protection
A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.

Nature/Environment
Our home is set in a beautiful natural seaside environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed.
