This includes group visits, BBQs, or similar activities. 1-2 visitors are allowed to visit at a time and can not sleep over without the host's approval. Breaching these rules will result in an additional fee of $1000 will apply + cleaning

** No Eating or Drinking in the on beds. No shoes inside .. (Damages/ stains or footprints will result in a $220 extra fee for cleaning.
