This was the best place for your money. Close to shops and dining. The property itself is in a quiet area so you’re not getting interrupted by noisy or loud neighbors.I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking to visit Anchorage.

Beautiful on inside. A little “trashy” on outsid.We had a great visit. Rooms were beautiful and big screen tv was easy to “airplay” our vacation pictures!

The place was clean and well organized. Although there was a tenant living attached to premises, they were quiet and never seen. The yard was not closed in and not very tidy. It would have been nice to have outdoor comfortable seating. Beds were firm , however plastic covering made it very hot. Recommend a pillow top covering over the covering for additional comfort.

We're glad the place felt clean and well organized, and that the shared living arrangement worked out quietly during your stay. We appreciate the feedback on the bed, and we've since added a new mattress topper for improved comfort. As for the yard, it's part of a residential home setting, and the outdoor space is left open and natural, which does mean visits from local birds and wildlife from time to time. We take all comments seriously as we look for ways to keep improving the guest experience.
