Enjoy in our newly renovated cabin with a large yard - the perfect place to relax, unwind, and escape the busy city. Surround yourself with nature, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and make yourself comfortable in a quiet getaway designed for rest and relaxation.

We are located just **15 minutes walking distance from Grand Beach**, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and swimming. Going there, you will passed by community center with swings and playground for kids.

A **fishing spot is only a 10-minute walk away**, perfect for those who love spending time by the water.

Convenience stores are nearby, and we are **only 20 minutes from South Beach Casino & Resort**. You’ll also find local food spots close by like **Kiosk** and **Larky's**, where you can grab hot dogs, ice cream, and pizza.

We provide **complimentary 1 gallon of mineral water** for our guests.

Relax on the **deck swing**, enjoy cooking on the **barbecue grill**, and experience the peaceful surroundings. You may even spot **friendly deer wandering through the neighborhood**.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Make sure the stove and oven are turned off before you leave.

Turn off the TV and fans

Used beddings - put on top corner of every used bed. Used towels -put in the tub Keys -secure & lock. Doors -pls lock. Back entrance doorknob -Push and twist from inside to lock then close the door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Treat our home like yours. Garbage and recycle a must not leave outside, animals may get into it. Don't leave any Garbage in and outside the cabin.

The cabin is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Do not leave young children unattended. As this is a quiet community, please be mindful of noise levels.

The cottage was clean and bright. The kitchen was great to use and it was helpful to have the dishwasher. We had a few suggestions to make to the hosts that we felt would further enhance future guests’ stays. The hosts were wonderful.

Beautiful cabin that’s been tastefully renovated. Very cozy inside and out. Cabin was very clean upon arrival. The cabin was well stocked with supplies for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The backyard was very nice with a patio set up on the deck and lots of room for outdoor activities. Communication with the Host was very smooth and he was also very easy to get a hold of. My friends and I had an amazing time here. No complaints, would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beautiful views, breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, and refreshing green surroundings create a calm and relaxing atmosphere you will truly enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated. We are in the charming Color Good Red Cabin. tucked away on a quiet corner lot with a large fenced yard. One of the things we love most is watching the friendly deer wander through our spacious front yard. We always treat them with special care and make sure they have plenty of space to pass by peacefully.
