Here you will enjoy a quieter beach experience, het still on 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Continuous improvements and upgrades have been made since new ownership in 2020--new flooring through the unit, all new kitchen appliances 2021, new central A/C 2022, fresh paint and decor, new ceiling fans, lighting, new mattresses 2021, new living room furnishings and bathroom upgrades in 2022. It features an in unit 2021 large capacity Washer and Dryer and space to easily accommodate 8 guests. There is off street parking for two vehicles and a storage shed for beach toys. There are flat screen cable HDTVs in each bedroom, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii gaming console and plenty of board games for family fun nights.
