Located in East Boulder, this beautifully designed furnished studio combines comfort & style in a compact space. With carefully selected furnishings, elegant decor, and a smart layout, it has a warm & welcoming vibe that feels both modern & cozy.

The location is just a 10 minute walk to one of the best coffee shops in town, a 3 minute walk to the Boulder creek trail & a 5 minute drive to East Boulder Rec Center with trail access. The studio is private with its own entrance & street parking.

The space has everything you need and everything is brand new (remodeled in 2025). It feels fresh and airy and is a well designed and efficient space for everyday functionality.
The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:

Refundable damage deposit is $100
Refundable cleaning deposit is $350

45-day cancellation policy and for shortened stays

Immediately after booking you will receive our rental agreement to review and accept.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.
